SECTION 1 – PAYMENT POLICY

Whenever you as a paid customer use our services, it will be according to the rules and regulations of our subscription. By using our services, you hereby authorize us to save your PayPal and Stripe details and allow us to deduct the transaction amount from your credit or debit card through PayPal and/or Stripe in the future. The payment will be according to the price plan which is accessible through our website. You can choose a monthly or yearly payment plan and the payment will be before the start of the services. All the payments will be made according to our payment policy and users can pay through the payment platform. Please note that we reserve the right to change, remove or modify any of the payment methods at our sole discretion without giving any prior notice. We are not accepting any other payment method. We will update through notification if and we start accepting other payment methods.

SECTION 2 – SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND CANCELLATIONS

The levels of services will be dependent on the subscription plan chosen by the seller. Depending on the plan the sellers will be charged either once a year or on a monthly basis for our services. If you subscribe to our yearly plan you will be charged once a year on the subscription date and in the case of the monthly subscription you will be charged every month on the subscription date and your subscription will automatically renew each month or year on the subscription date until you cancel it. Please note these payments are considered recurring payments which means that these payments will continue to deduct from your account until you cancel them. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the services through the end of your monthly or yearly billing terms.

By paying a fee to us you a Seller are agreeing to the policies of the payment processor we chose to authorize as our payment gateway. You as sellers will pay a fee to list for your work on our website however, you will have all the original copyrights related to the listed work. Our website doesn’t control anything regarding the recording, editing, or marketing of the musicians. We are only providing our services as an independent platform. The Sellers are also authorized to take all the income earned from selling their services to general customers.

SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY

Generally, we do not offer any refunds. All users have the right to cancel any time and their plan will remain active for at least one billing cycle and after that, their subscription will be canceled.

3.1. Exceptions

Limited refunds are granted in case if the refund request has been initiated within 5 days of payment and none of the services of Local Soundz were used during this period.

SECTION 4 – BREACH OF ANY RULES

If we find that anyone is breaking any rules or in any other case of suspicious behavior, we reserve the right to withdraw access to your account without notice for any actual or suspected breach of these terms or any other documentation referred to in them, including, without limitation, where we suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your account or any unauthorized disclosure of your login information.

SECTION 5 – PERMISSION OF RECURRING PAYMENT

Through the use of PayPal and Stripe, you as a customer hereby provide Local Soundz the authorization to charge you the transaction amount by saving your PayPal Email Address and Stripe details for future payments.

By authorizing us you hereby permit us that:

• Local Soundz can initiate a payment on your behalf.
• These payments can be one-time or recurring.
• Local Soundz has the authority to determine the price based on its services.

SECTION 6 – WHAT PAYMENT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

At Local Soundz we do NOT store any sensitive payment information on our website or servers. All payments go through PayPal or Stripe. We simply use those payment gateways on our business accounts for collecting payments. We will not ask for any payment information period!
